Then, in the 19th century, another inventor, Rudolf Lindt, developed a process called conching, which made chocolate smooth and velvety. So, you see, chocolate wasn’t invented by just one person, but it evolved over time with the contributions of many creative minds. It’s amazing how something so delicious has such a rich and diverse history!
