White chocolate contains cocoa butter, sugar, and milk solids, but it lacks cocoa solids, which are present in dark and milk chocolates. While it’s tasty, it’s not necessarily healthier. Dark chocolate, with higher cocoa content, has antioxidants which can be good for your health in small amounts. White chocolate doesn’t have these antioxidants, so it’s not as beneficial. Also, white chocolate often has more sugar, which, if eaten too much, isn’t great for your health. Personally, I enjoy white chocolate as an occasional treat, but I make sure not to have too much because balance is the key to a healthy diet!
