I love talking about chocolate! Dark chocolate, especially the one with 95% cocoa content, can be a healthier choice compared to milk chocolate. You see, dark chocolate has less sugar and more antioxidants, which are good for our health. Antioxidants help our body fight off harmful substances. However, it’s essential to enjoy it in moderation. Eating too much chocolate, even the dark kind, might not be the best for us. Also, the taste can be intense because it has less sugar, so it might take some getting used to. Personally, I find that a small piece of dark chocolate is a delightful treat without overindulging.
