  1. Ah, chocolate, a delicious treat! When it comes to 100% chocolate, it’s a bit different from the regular chocolate we usually eat. You see, 100% chocolate means it doesn’t have any added sugar or milk. It’s pure cocoa. Now, cocoa itself has antioxidants which are good for our bodies. They can help us stay healthy. But, eating 100% chocolate might not be very tasty because it’s bitter without the sugar. I remember trying it once, and it was quite strong for my taste! So, while it has some good things in it, it’s best to enjoy regular chocolate in moderation. Too much of anything, even something with antioxidants, isn’t always good for us. Balance is key!
