I think DPS Sayu and Dori can use it. But I gotta wait till tomorrow bc I don't have the mats.
Sayu's DPS is all Burst and Skill. Dori with TF and C1 can also spam Skill. But it does seem that Burning/Burgeon is a must for anyone using this.
