Kinich don't have his signature set and alhaithan don't have his signature weapon
I just think its preference. Kinich is a burning dps while al is spread or aggravate(electro reaction). Both are good. The community needs to stop putting one character down to hype another up.

Seems like all Natlan characters have something in common… they’re really “strange” to play, it’s like with Neuvillette and Mualani, and now it’s Kinich and Al Haitham.

Alhaitham and kinich are not alike in terms of play style, alhaitham is more damage per second while kinich hit bigger numbers every few hits alhaitham hits smaller numbers consistently, for example, let’s say a full cannon from kinich does 500k, he has to get the nightsoul points to hit it and it’s gonna do more damage then alhaithams skill, now let’s say a hyperbloom alhaitham does 70-100k a hit projection atack, there very different and I think both are very good
bottom line is if you have alhaitham, you have no reason to pull kinich anymore, the difference is too neglible tbh, but if i were to decide who to pull if i don't have both yet, i'll go with kinich, abyss right now doesn't care about aoe anymore, atleast on the 2nd phase
Kinich is just better for me he is suitable for exploration also his dmg is…mmmmm. His constellations are very good at c1 it gives 100 crit dmg bonus to those op blasts that is dmmmm and also rn he doesn't have any good 5 star support……nomatter who is stronger kinich is hella lot more fun then alheitham in my opinion
