2. 4*s have a biased rule. We are guaranteed a single 4* in every 10 pull, and per 4* pull we have 50% chance of getting the featured 4*, the other 50% are those 4*s not on the banner including off-banner 4* chars and the not-so-anticipated 4* weapons. However, as for WHICH 4* on-banner character appears for that 4* pull, they don't have an equal chance against one another. It is heavily biased towards characters you ALREADY have but haven't C6'd yet. Once that 4* gets to C6, there are less chances of it appearing as the wish prioritizes the next character that you already have but haven't C6'd just yet. So it's highly possible you get the new 4* character AFTER you fully maxed out the other 4* characters to C6. Why? Because any same copy of a character that is C6 is converted into 5 masterless glitters which is essentially 1 intertwined fate. So basically you get 1 free pull if you get an already C6 character. It's not too bad for business, but it is a missed opportunity if they keep the on-banner 4* chars biasless. There's something that can be exploited here. And that's why you get a higher chance of pulling 4* characters you already have compared to those you don't yet have. Conversely this also means you get fates every time you pull on a banner with 4*s that you already C6'd.
   Sidenote: this is not set in stone and Hoyo hasn't confirmed it, but it's based on observation…lots of "observations" across multiple banners. 😂 It's also not a guarantee as there are still indeed chances of us getting the new 4* character or getting constellations on an already C6 4* character. It's just that the odds are heavily biased against those scenarios happening. I'd actually have better luck pulling currently off-banner characters that were on the previous banner.

7. Was that actually 3 rainslashers? Crazy. In my head canon, there are some 4* weapons that are more likely to get on chara banner. Because why do I have r10 dbane, r15 favge book, r15 favge claymore, r13 favge bow, r5 ranslasher and … r3 favge sword… after 3 yrs… why:((

9. I pulled 170 times for yanfei and got 2 5 stars c6 xinqgu and barbara alot of 4 stars that wern't on the banner but no yanfei till now .
