There’s a big issue with the Genshin and McDonald’s collaboration. Many customers who have ordered the special meal haven’t received the redemption codes they were supposed to get. Why are these codes important? Because customers need them to redeem and receive exclusive rewards, like a wind glider and name card from the collaboration.

You need at order on the app and have a email linked to the app and also allow the app to email you, it's a opt in thing
I got lucky, within an hour i got the meal code, bought an extra apple pie for my mom on the same order and the ape pie code took a day to show up.
Also the meal was decent enough to want to get again😂
